  <description>&lt;p&gt;Here at Carshalton and Merton Colleges, we are seeking a Centre School Administrator to provide administration support to the Head of College Administration and curriculum staff in order to support the effective management and delivery of the curriculum. The role will involve cross-site work, with 2 days a week at Carshalton College and 3 days at Merton College.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;You&amp;rsquo;ll work in a team and liaise with curriculum staff and cross-college services on student and staff matters and manage enquiries and administration tasks relating to courses. You&amp;rsquo;ll provide effective and flexible support for ad hoc business tasks and events such as those linked to enrolment, progression and admissions within each College.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;Reporting to the Head of College Administration, you will focus on attendance follow-up with students and next of kin during the first 42 days of the autumn term and deal with queries from curriculum areas, students, parents and other stakeholders, undertaking correspondence when necessary, and troubleshoot problems.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;&lt;p&gt;This role would suit an individual who has experience of providing strong and effective administrative support within a fast-paced environment and who can work effectively under pressure, adhering to strict deadlines. With a high level of computer literacy, you&amp;rsquo;ll be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and be able to build relationships across teams to deliver tasks effectively.
